กระเบนราหู, 2018, 105 min, K16
A fatally wounded man is found in the forest in Thailand’s border area by a loner fisherman who nurtures him back to life. The mute man receives the name Tongchai after a classic pop star, and gradually gets entangled in the fisherman’s life. The visually intriguing film has dark undertones and is dedicated to the Rohingya refugees. The film won the award for best film at Venice Film Festival’s Orizzonti section.
