Reason for collection
Delivery of the newsletter, accreditation of guests, communication regarding the producing and screening of the festival, sales and marketing as well as the coordination of volunteers.

Content of the register
Register may include the following data:

First and last names
Contact details (postal address, email and phone number)
Name of organisation/company
Billing information
Information regarding the skills and availability of volunteers, as per their own declaration

Sources
Main source for stored data is the information passed on to the festival organisation via private communication or the newsletter signup box. In addition we may use publicly available information online.

Data sharing
The festival organisation does not regularly share data to 3rd party processors. Information collected by the MailChimp newsletter application may store information on servers situated outside the EU. Read more in MailChimp’s Privacy Policy. You can cancel the subscription at any time through a link in the newsletter.

Data storage and security
Data will be kept only as long as necessary. Old and unnecessary information will be removed. The data is stored in digital files accessed only by controlled members of the festival staff.

Rights of the registered
Data providers have a right to check what personal information has been registered. The information can be corrected and old or incorrect information will be disposed as per request. Requests should be made signed and in writing, addressed to the aforementioned registrar.
